Goals and missions of the Lab
The goal of the Laboratory is to provide reliable and accurate knowledge that helps to improve the well-being, comfort, and safety of employees. We achieve this goal by conducting experimental and observational research in the fields of work and organizational psychology as well as employee health.
The Psychological Research Laboratory operates within the Department of Occupational and Organizational Psychology at the Faculty of Psychology and Cognitive Science, Adam Mickiewicz University. We specialize in conducting psychological research on the psychomotor functioning of employees, psychophysiology, and ergonomics of work, as well as psychotechnical research for occupational medicine and sports. The lab serves as a venue for student classes and research endeavors. Our aim is to promote and enhance health and safety in the workplace.
