Work&Tech Psych Lab

Learn more about the Lab, which operates at the Department of Occupational and Organizational Psychology in the Faculty of Psychology and Cognitive Science at UAM.

Laboratory Equipment

Our laboratory is well-equipped with a variety of devices and equipments designed to measure a wide range of human characteristics and abilities. We possess specialized tests and equipments that enable us to conduct research across three different fields.

TECHNOLOGY IMPACT

Research space adapted for human-computer and human-robot interaction experiments, configurable as up to 10 computer workstations or 4 dual-monitor workstations. The laboratory is in the process of acquiring a humanoid robot (Q3 2026).

Work Environment Simulation

The laboratory enables the creation of controlled conditions reflecting a real work environment, allowing for the study of employee behaviour, performance and wellbeing in both on-site and simulated remote work settings.

Psychomotor Research

Complete equipment necessary for conducting research in the field of transport psychology and occupational medicine, including the Vienna Test System and Test2Drive.
